• Meet and Assist Handling on Departure. You will be greeted by a Customer Service Agent at the departure hall with a signage. The Customer Service Agent will assist you through check-in, immigration clearance via a premier lane and to the departure gate.

Airport Special Assistance Services ("ASA Services") provides you with a range of airport special assistance services including inter alia, passenger drop-off and/or pick up, assistance with immigration and use of lounge facilities for passengers travelling from or arriving to airport. These services are available at:

• Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK)
• Surabaya Juanda International Airport (SUB)
• Bali Denpasar International Airport (DPS)

And these services are available in three packages:

• Premium Airport Special Assistance Service. Personal Assistant that will greet you and assist through check-in, Visa On Arrival, boarding gate and immigration process at the airport area only.
• Premium Plus Airport Special Assistance Service. Enhanced ASA Premium with additional services of one porter to carry your luggage with maximum 3 luggages, and executive lounge upon departure/baggage waiting room on the arrival
• Supreme Airport Special Assistance Service. Enhanced ASA Premium Plus, which extends to outside airport area. Personal Assistance will assist you from your home/hotel/office to or from airport along with luxury car and in-ride entertainment (light snack, soft drink, selection of movies and music). Supreme Airport Special Assistance Service with 6 benefits: PA, luxury car, in-ride entertainment, porter, lounge, and immigration assistance.
